Yes. The same state representative who is too lazy to even sit on a subcommittee, of a subcommittee, of a subcommittee, is back. Yes. The same state representative who tried to act like he cared for sexually abused children, while taking money from organazations who were trying to cover it up, is back. Yes. The same state representative who made a fool out of himself by protesting a movie, and thought it would actually do something, is back. And finally, yes, the same state representative who introduced frivilous, unconstitutional legislation is back. And this time, he is a repeat offender.

On December 29th, Hikind reintroduced legislation that would legalize ethnic profiling. Hikind knows this will not pass, it's obviously just for PR, and maybe some extra attention for Amnons Pizza Store (where he does his press conferences), though let's say from divine intervention, the bill passes, and is ruled constitutional by every court it does to.
