NEW YORK, NY (August 10,
2006) –Andrew
Cuomo’s campaign for Attorney General today launched a new
television ad airing in major media markets across New York state.   “Fighter” highlights Andrew Cuomo’s career-long record of accomplishments
fighting discrimination, the KKK, the NRA, predatory banks and waste, fraud and

believe Andrew Cuomo is the best candidate to succeed Eliot Spitzer—his
outstanding record of results taking on the big, tough fights for what’s right,”

“Andrew has fought discrimination and the KKK, stood up to the NRA,
protected families against predatory lenders and rooted out waste and fraud in
our government.   Andrew’s
accomplishments position him as the next great Attorney General who will
continue to fight to level the playing field for all New Yorkers.”
