I bought my first apple computer in 2008. I didn’t know much information about apple or their computers. When shopping at best buy, i found some apple computers. The sales representative approached me as i was looking over the large selection of laptops. The sales man inquired what computer i was most interested in. At that time i didn’t know much about computers. I wasn’t sure what i wanted to purchase. So after looking around he decided to show me the mac book that was on display. The laptop was amazing, i hadn’t viewed another one like it. After seeing the price though, i wanted to faint. They cost 2 to 3 times the price of your average PC laptop, but then he explained why.

When you purchase a mac book, you are getting a most outstanding laptop. These laptops work very efficient, handling many task at once without slowing down or freezing. Then i also found out that mac’s are virus proof. There operating system is very secure. Since i first bought my mac book, i have never had to buy an anti-adware software for it. It’s not impossible for macs to get viruses, but it’s very rare for them to get one. The only issue i found was that some software won’t work properly on macs. Although they will usually have alternate programs to fix this problems.

Recently i got another PC computer to properly run some software programs i have. I must say i was very disappointed I really enjoyed windows 7, but the computer is awful. The device is a brand new 2012 Acer laptop. My old mac book completely destroys the new Acer device. I was and still am utterly disappointed in ace and their new laptop. I’m not trying to say all PC computers are bad. I’m just saying the Acer i had sure did suck.My advice to anybody who is reading this is, make sure to do your research and read reviews on a computer before you purchase it.

I did get another chance at trying a PC device. I was fortunate enough to be able to try a Samsung series 7. This one though was a very good PC laptop. The battery life was very impressive. I used it for over 5 hours straight, and still had more than enough battery left. I really enjoyed the touch pad it had, it was similar to the Ipad but with an added feature. If you clicked on the right edge of the mouse, it would right click just like a regular computer mouse would. With clicking the middle or left side would create the action a normal touch pad would have. I really enjoyed the new windows explore too. It had multiple new features that i hadn’t tried. I don’t have any complaints to make about this device. It did everything you wanted it to do quickly and effortless. It has a 8-cell lithium-polymer battery, and 8 GB of ram. What makes it such a good bargain is the price, you can buy it for under a 1000 dollars. Look on best buy for more details.

Cell phones have been in the news lately, specifically Iphone and at&t. They have been using some kind of monitoring software. Their software that was only suppose to gather signal data has been picking up text messages as well. Their software began to resemble text monitoring software. At&t and apple are both currently battling lawsuits with more than 60 Iphone users who have found this software on their devices. Apparently people don’t like having this software that is turned into text message monitoring software on there phones.
