WHITE LINESSSSSSSS

Governor Paterson has been on a truth-telling jamboree since he was sworn-in last week. This weeks nugget O' Truth -he used drugs as a young 20-something growing up in the 70's. From the NY1 interview with Dominic Carter:

Carter: Marijuana?
Paterson: Yes.
Carter: Cocaine?
Paterson: Yes.
Carter: You have used cocaine governor?
Paterson: I'd say I was about 22-23. I tried it a few times, yes.

New Yorkers have had a lot of dirty laundry from our Governors to digest lately. How should we react to this one? Honestly I find it somewhat refreshing that a politician can actually tell the truth, but why is he telling us so much?

Athletes rejected, governors corrected
Gangsters, thugs and smugglers are thoroughly respected
The money gets divided
The women get excited
Now I’m broke and it’s no joke
It’s hard as hell to fight it, don’t buy it

Honestly...I just wish that he would STFU!!!  Whomever is advising him is no friend.    I don't care what anyone says, the past two weeks have taught me that I do NOT want transparency when it comes to the personal lives of my elected officials.  This is too damn much.  To any pols out there...deny, deny, deny...we do not need to know every damn mis-step that you have made!!!  URGH!!
