In both cases, that would be Mr. Haggerty, who is structurally enmeshed in Mr. Ulrich's operation.

It also bears noting that whoever wins this race will have no vote on Mr. Lopez's continued presence in the Assembly, and that, as to expressing an opinion on the matter, Vito could not give a flying fuck what either of them has to say about the matter.
