The gloves appear to be coming off between former Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Mayor Bloomberg.
Joseph Lhota, a deputy mayor in the Giuliani administration, ripped into Bloomberg for saying he won't leave his successor with the same financial mess he inherited at City Hall in 2002.
"It's revisionist history," Lhota said in an exclusive Daily News interview - marking the first time that underlying tensions between the current and former mayors have surfaced so dramatically.
