In the aftermath of Operation: Geronimo, there was some information obtained that indicated that there were further events to plague New Yorkers; in short, our transportation system would be under attack.

This past weekend, we were witness to a PATH train colliding with an abutment in Hoboken; an Amtrak train derailing under the East River, said crash also affecting LIRR service for the majority of the week.

Police chief Ray Kelly is keeping on top of things regarding the tunnel invasions by some idiots...but the best news I've heard is that Hizzoner does NOT agree with Senator Charles Schumer in regard to duplicating the TSA's No Fly List to apply it to rail transit.

I can guarantee you this, fellow citizens: if I am on any conveyance with you, and some moron tries to pull a "hijack" - let's just say that things will grind to a halt most swiftly, if you get my meaning.
