...and explain that New York--especially NYC--is a high-tax, high-regulated, high-hassle wasteland of municipal corruption, crappy schools and inept public officials?  And not the kind of place that should be breaking population records?

I wonder what those economic savants at the NY Post like EJ McMahon, Nicole Gelinas, and Steve Malanga (or NGD's resident GOP troll population) make of this? 

They don't make anything of it, that's what they make of it.

Again, this is the question they simply cannot answer.
