It was only last year when the 30-year 1% Municipal Assistance Corp. tax (from the 1970s fiscal criisis) was due to sunset. Bloomberg got the state legislature to keep the tac permanent. Citizens weren't even allowed to vote on it.Tokyo San Bowl
