Why does it have to be a Latino who runs for the Bronx Borough Presidency? There are other electeds better suited for the position who would accomplish far more than the current candidates could. Larry Seabrook, Oliver Koppell, Jeff Klein, Helen Foster, just to name a few, are all formidable candidates. Hopefully someone better will emerge and the people of the Bronx will pick the smarter candidate.
