Obama just wants to make it all better

The Obama Administration has been smoothing a new message as of late that they are simply trying to make all of our pain go away. Not everyone believes in the system, but many people really do believe in Barack Obama. The problem is, the various systems are being questioned for good reason.

Let's begin with the economic crises. America has recently had their world turned upside down, after seeing trusted politiicians talk about fundamentals being strong.

We've seen the Iraq war expand in numbers of troops and dwindle in respect to popularity. We've been feeling a little bit let down as the unemployment and foreclosure rates have risen. It is easy to think that even if these elected officials have 'good intentions' maybe they are simply out-of-touch or ill-informed.

A kid recently asked Obama why everyone hates him. That's an interesting question and if you check out the video, Obama gives and reasonable answer. People are frustrated and the President of The United States is going to hear about these frustrations.

But we have seeen some things recently that bring up scars from the past. The federal government, in cojunctions with every Walgreens on every other corner of middle America are promoting Flu/H1N1 shots. Football coaches seems to be complaining about team illness more and the media has done nothing but help promote paranoia. Obama and his family are going to get their flu shots, according to him, when they are told it's time to get them. Still, there is mistrust. Critics are talking about the 1970's when a flu vaccine went bad for about 1 in a million Americans. They also remember problems like asbestos contamination being overlooked during the same period and before in buildings, military facilities and schools. This exposure has lead to some getting mesothelioma, a deadly cancer.

But mostly, they recognize a Health Care industry that has failed them over and over. One thing people should consider with anything they are about to spend money on is who is going to profit off of this? Is there really an increased threat or is this just an unhealthy dose of marketing.

Until I see something that sways my thinking, I'm going with the latter.
