Yoda:  how can put this in a way that even YOU can understand?  It's tough, but I'll try - right toward the end of Rudy's term, there was this BIG thing that happened on Sept. 11th - it cost a LOT of money to fix things after it.  This is why there was a deficit when Rudy left office.  Also, Kerik has been INDICTED on charges of corruption.  "Indicted" does not mean "convicted."  Indicted means that he's been formally accused of wrongdoing by a grand jury.  Now let me ask you this question:  who do you support?  My candidate fought the mob and won; turned around the second biggest city in the U.S.; has a long history of cutting taxes; has a long history of getting things done against enormous odds; threw Yasser Arafat's terrorist behind out of Lincoln Center; and was a beacon of hope on the darkest day in American history.  What's so special about YOUR candidate?  Honestly - anyone can make up lies about anybody - but let's hear why it is your so passionate about YOUR choice for president!  (Prediction?  No response - /sound of crickets chirping/)
