I think he will pick Bill Bradley, and Bradley will accept.  Look at the similarities in their messages, including Bradley's 2007 book.  Bradley, like Obama, always managed to avoid being pegged as a politics-as-usual washington insider.  The message of "change" would be undermined by anyone perceived as too plugged into beltway culture, and there are few choices that avoid that perception.  Among them, Bradley is the most likely choice IMHO.
