She deserves a break

problem, a problem that plagues her twenty-four hours a day. Everything she does, she does for her family and because of that - she can’t sleep at night.

Mary has a lot going for her. Comfortably middle aged, she has a daughter in her last year of highschool, who was just named Homecoming Queen. Her son is one heck of a baseball player and dreams of going pro. She has a good job and a loving husband too.

Unfortunately, her husband has been out of work for a year. He once worked in the automotive industry but since the economy turned down, he has had a very tough time finding work.

When Mary’s husband was laid off, she was a full time housewife. The lack of money coming in forced them into her sister-in-law’s basement. That’s very tough on a man’s pride and tough on a marriage. They both looked for work but it was Mary who found it first, managing a large “box” store’s automotive department.

“The relief was incredible” she says, of moving into a decent three bedroom apartment. “Now though, it’s like the weight of the world is on me day and night.” Though not as much income as her husband once made – it is an income, just not quite enough, so the pressure is on to keep costs down.

Mary’s job means dealing with lots of frustrated car owners. The job is not in a very good part of town and so the clientele can be very demanding. Mary is a small and kind person who wants to help everybody.

“But sometimes that’s just not possible.”

Meanwhile at home, she is still the one who gets the kids off to school and does the laundry. To give himcredit, her Dell Vostro 1014 Keyboard,Dell Vostro 1015 Keyboard,

husband does take care of a larger portion of the housework and he does cook at night. Still though, Mary feels the weight of the world on her shoulders and that weight was keeping her from sleeping.

“I shied away from sleeping pills because I don’t want to be addicted to them.”

Mary instead, found Van Winkle’s 40 Winks Tea.

“It’s affordable! You get something like 50 servings in a tall 6-inch tin for $14.95. How many sleeping pills could you get for that? Not many. It really works well. I don’t know if it’s the tea or me just relaxing with it every night but it calms my mind and when I hit the pillow – I’m out. Even better, it tastes super yummy!”

Van Winkle’s 40 Winks Tea is available in 3 gourmet style flavors - Chocolate Chai, Cinnamon Apricot and Mystical Mint.

Mary also adopted a few other new habits. Now, sheexercises everyday. She is eating better and has convinced her husband to keep those veggies coming. Together, they are keeping a positive attitude and are constantly networking in order to help her husband to find a good job.

“I don’t have to drink the tea every night, which is good. But I do drink it often. It really is like a dessert and well – I work hard.”

Mary and millions like her are keeping their balance in a world filled with upside down mortgages and lostjobs and should be applauded for their dedication to their families and yes, even applauded when they take time Dell Vostro 1400 Keyboard,Dell Vostro 1088 Keyboard,

for themselves. Even if it is something as small as a nightly walk or a cup of tea doing something little for yourself will allow you to do bigger things for others.
