I Think the black community should not support Black Pearl Car Service. Recently I had a bad experience with a dispatcher at Black Pearl. I left my mp3 Player in a Black Pearl cab. Yes, i know I made a mistake. But don't swear at me! The dispatcher was giving me negative feedback "I wasn't here therefore it is not my responsibility. We have no record. Excuse me aren't you recording the passengers and their destinations when you pick the up? If a person leaves a personal item in one of your vehicles. Do you not report it, or is it finders keepers? I am highly upset with the lack of professionalism with this compant=y that I supported for years! I need an explanation about the New Black Pearl and their present policies!!!
