Whoever comes to the new available position should serve the justice. The justice shouldn't have any political color and would love to take this for granted. I live in a small town in America, we have our own court and people here are uninformed. I remember that I didn't know how to file a motion for reconsideration and nobody was there to help me. If I had to make a choice I would chose bigger courts for justice.
