Yvette has nothing to lose staying in this race, unlike Nick (and Carl) who has to give up his seat to run. I will be shocked if she drops out and think she has a fair shot of winning this thing. She had brunch with Stonewall members last week and seems very determined (not that this in-and-of-itself means anything) and has hired a fundraiser recommended I think by Emily's List.
As to Nick, if he stays in, this is good news for David.
