ELECTED COUNCILMEMBER YDANIS RODRIGUEZ

TO HOST

OPEN
HOUSE AND RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY FOR DISTRICT OFFICE

New York, NY-
Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez (D-Manhattan), the newly elected representative
for Council District 10 in Manhattan
will host an Open House and ribbon cutting ceremony at his district
office.  CD 10, comprises the communities of Washington Heights, Inwood,
and Marble Hill.

Council Member Rodriguez, one of
eleven new members, replaces former Councilman Miguel Martinez, who resigned
his seat. Council Member Rodriguez was sworn into office on December 2nd at the
bedside of his dying father who has since passed away.

With a
bit of a head start on his other newly elected colleagues, Rodriguez wants to
“hit the ground running” by
continuing to promote the  values of Dignity, Honesty and Transparency.

Council Member Rodriguez will be
joined by his constituents, supporters, community leaders and other elected
officials and staff at the ribbon cutting.
