It is time that a Governor of our State pay attention to the Constitution of the State and stops the madness of building our economy on the backs of addicts. All casinos would have to close tomorrow if it were not for the 40-59% of their revenue which is dependent on the 5-7% of our citizines who are pathological gamblers. Please refer the new Governor to "Gambling in America" by Earl Grinols and the National Gambling Impact Study presented to Congress. Someone has got to come to their senses. Would we build our economy on the backs of drug addicts, sex offenders, alcoholics? Come to think of it, maybe we have!
